Auto Liability

We determine the responsibility on auto insurance claims.

When an accident happens, it’s necessary to determine, without a shadow of doubt, which party was responsible.

Insurance claims normally go through a process, in which claims fall under either clear liability or unclear liability. In clear liability claims, fault is easily determinable. When fault is not easy to establish, it becomes an unclear liability, which then requires additional investigation.

SLI will take an auto insurance claim and look at the details, such as witness interviews, photographs of the accident scene, and documentation of the incident. Things such as skid marks, the point of impact, and the final positions of the vehicles involved can help the investigator determine responsibility.
